Out came the sun!

Friday this kid had a fever of 102 & a raging case of strep.
Four years old & skating ramps!
He wants Daddy to build a half pipe!
We have good insurance!
Oh the power of antibiotics!
Thanks for indulging me, I'm a proud Mommy.
************************************
When I wasn't hanging with my sweet kids, I made some more of these...
I hope to have them in my etsy by tonight.

I also finished making over some furniture for my bedroom, but you have to wait until White Wednesday to see the result.
********************************************
I made a new blog friend this weekend too. Her name is Angela, she doesn't have a blog (yet),but she sells some really neat things in her etsy shop
Like this...

and these!

And this too!

Angela asked if I would help her host a give-away to introduce people to her shop.  If you would like to win a set of 4 votive holders, the rule is simple.  Just check out her etsy shop, annabelleestudio at the link above & leave her a comment. You can just use the 'contact' key in her listings. I will announce the winner Friday.

Well that's it for my Monday newsletter, lol.  Oh yes, for everyone asking about how I make the bobbles - a tutorial is coming!!

Oh how I remember the strep, my little Kim would run up to 104 with me bathing her in alcohol to get it down. She had strep at least once a month until she was about 6. And would bounce back just as quick after the antibotics. We are all proud mommies if we are mommies!!!!! Can't wait to see what you did. Hope you have a great day.
Hugs, Pat

Glad he's feeling better! I've had a hard time leaving a comment on your blog lately. Maybe it's my lack of memory (puter is wayyy too ful!) or maybe it's teh traffic you've been getting ;o)...at any rate, I was finally able to leave a comment!

LOVE your Easter baskets...too, too cute! And I'm eager for the resin bubble tut....I love it when I can not only copy, but get taught how. LOL

Hi Lisa,
I think your little son is adorable. Isn't it amazing how they bounce back when they are sick!
I will go look at Annabel's etsy shop because if you like it, I know I will.

I am so excited that you are excited about your pillow. I was worried that I had squeezed it too death. I can't wait to see how it looks in your chair.

hugs

My son had a throat infection but the antibiotic gave him nosebleeds so I stopped it after 2-1/2 days. He was having 3-5 nosebleeds a day. Yikes! My kids have always asked for skateboards and I say no how, no way. I wrecked my knee from falling off one when I was twelve. Had to have knee surgery and have had problems ever since. Your little guy looks like he is enjoying it! Angela's creations are fabulous. Thanks for sharing. Many blessings, Tammy

I really do have ahard time leaving comments sometimes. It's not just your blog, it's many others too. It occurs off & on. I can leave comments if it doesn't pop up but sometimes I cannot open a new window. It seems to happen during peak hours. My puter guy cleaned me all up but says that I need an external drive to store all my crap. LOL
