Some images for you

I scanned the illustrations from the beautiful Victorian scrapbook I bought in Round Top. You are welcome to download the image for your own use if you like. Double click to enlarge. Each one is amazing. A couple even strange. Enjoy!

Okay, what's up with the kid hanging from a wall? Is it some strange treatment for mumps? Or possible a Victorian version of a 'jumpy seat'? If you know please share.

Have a super weekend!

You are so sweet & generous to share your images!!!! The one with the child hanging looks like a way to keep him out of trouble. Good thing they didn't have CPS back then. I MISS SEEING YOU! Got that bedroom cleaned up & my company came & went. Now, I start getting ready for Trade Days.
