Sunny day & good friends!

Well I guess I'm a seasoned pro now that I finished my 2nd show. I am exhausted, again I am in awe of the folks who participate in the 'biggies'. How they get a weeks worth of stuff together, haul it, camp for a week, play nice with others & break it down is beyond me. This show consumed me for a month, but it was worth it. In the end we had a beautiful sunny day spent with good friends and made some cash to boot!
I was happy with the way my tent turned out, lots of white and lovely blues. That container holding the hydrangeas is an old humidifier, I have a dozen all different.
In the left corner of this pic is my new pal Maggie from The Veranda. She had a lot of good Round Top stories to share, like selling a box of ballet slippers to Robin of Magnolia Pearl fame, who used them to dress her tent. I posted a picture of them here.
I think this cabinet turned out well. It didn't sell, but it's in my booth now & will look great decorated for our Christmas open house.
I sold this chair to one of my regular customers. The hutch I did with the turquoise handles were the first to go, and my little kitchen table & chairs sold last as I was breaking down. Love that- I didn't have to haul it home.
My Art Diva's! This is the most awesome group of ladies, such good & supportive friends. I love them all. Joann, a long time dealer, Charlene from My Hearts Ease, Carolyn of Then & Now and Pat from My Tattered Elegance.
Joanna from Sweet Finds joined the fun this time along with her partner Angela of Filigree Moon. We always find something to talk about, she is also a Mother of multiples- and look how good she looks! They had a great booth, I bought a couple of goodies there.

Our hostess and ring leader Jana, she did a great job organizing as usual.

My sweet, sweet Carolyn. She's my neighbor at Collected Treasues and she made the most AMAZING Christmas cottages. They came in 2 sizes and lots of pretty colors, the big ones were only $40! All wrapped up and ready to give to someone special. I think she is going to show each one up close on her blog, Then & Now.
Jana's adorable quilted pumpkins, what a deal!
I spent some serious downtime recovering yesterday, but the factory is back open and in full Halloween mode. I have 3 trick or treaters in need of some costume help, so once again I'm off to my home away from home -JoAnns!

You've just done something I've always wanted to do. I guess I did, kinda. I a bunch of wicker, from a dill I was trying, and $5.00 to my name. I opened a both at the Farmers Market in Georgia. I went home with $300.00.

Love your stuff.
