Thank you to everyone who accepted my challenge to alter this cool soapbox!
In case you didn't get a chance to see them all.....
Here they are!
It turned out just as I'd hoped.
Each box as amazing,
& as different
as the artist who created it!
Everyone in the house was inspired to make thier own.
Lily made a wallet,
Owen made a clock,
I'm not sure what Philip made, but he had a blast doing it!
My child handler niece Chelsea studies theater & art in college.
I really love hers!
And to anyone who didn't get a chance to finish their box.
Please, don't worry.
Life's way too short to worry about swaps, challenges & things.
Art & blogging is fun, not meant to be pressure.
Thanks for playing with me~

I like your style girl. If you can't make it fun while you're making it...then why bother.
There is some amazing talent out there and imagination out the wazoo! To sum it up in 3 words...Fab U Lous!
Debbie
I think this was the best idea! I never got to target to buy the soap!! The ones that are finished turned out great!!
Awwww Liseeeee you are so sweet !!
How wonderful of you post everyone's finished project on your blog, Lisa! I think I made it to visit everyone, but this was really a nice touch, my friend.
Hugs,
Donna
I HAD FUN MAKING MY SOAP BOX SECRETS!!!
THANK YOU for hosting such a creative and inspiring event. Plus, I really enjoyed seeing some AMAZING creations and I got to meet some really talented people!
ALL THANKS TO YOU LISA for putting us all together :)))
Now...as for your child handler...I mean "child whisperer"...she's like THE BEST! Art must certainly run through your blood girl!
Lily...did Mommy fill your wallet with the money she owed you for sorting her buttons?
And Philip, I just love your collage! Are those the buttons that Mommy makes you sort? Where's your money?
And sweet Owen...I know why you made the clock. It's a HUGE hint to let Mommy know that it's TIME she pays you for sorting her buttons.
Geez Lisa...pay those darn kids!!!! Can't you see the signs?
Love you.
Thank you.
You are amazing.
And...art and blogging IS fun. Let's not sweat the small stuff :)
Those look fantastic, I bet everyone had so much fun creating them.

Sissie
So glad you showed us all the boxes! I saw some but I love them and it was wonderful. Maybe next challenge I might even give it a whirl.

Debra
Mine was just way too awesome to share with everyone. I didn't want the rest of the participants to feel all inferior and inadequate when they saw how theirs looked next to mine, so I decided not to post mine.
BWAHHHH HA HA!!
Yeah, right.
As IF.
;-)
I didn't enter the soap box challenge, but I have one sitting on the desk and it finally came to me what I want to do. I was amazed at all the inspiration in all the designs. When I get mine finished...I will post and let you know...it won't be amazing...but I will do my best!!
Great insipration!!! I loved looking at these and seeing what people came up with!! I still have to try my hand at one!

This was a wonderful idea! I loved seeing all the different ideas. Thanks for showing them all off on your blog. I haven't visited all of them yet ~ but now I can't wait to get back to the visiting!
I am always amazed at the creativity and diversity of people, the enormous variety just leaves me open mouthed with wonder.

Lisa,
Thank you so very much for the challenge! It's funny how a door opens just when you need one...thank goodness I went through the threshold... I 'll be following you along. Your babies are so beautiful! Happy Fourth of July!!!!

That really looked like fun Lisa...I loved seeing everyone's creations! The kids too! You have a generous spirit and sweet nature...so lovely to visit here...
:)
Your kids' projects look like actual finished projects. My little one just smears paint and cuts things. I don't know when the art sense kicks in and the tools become more than toys. Looks like your kids are on their way.
Thanks for showing all the boxes from the challenge together. I think I'd gotten around to see them all, but its nice to see them all in one place. What an array of styles!
Karla
Each and every one has its own style and is beautiful! Now I will have to go see if I can find a soap box like that somewhere. ;)
The boxes are all amazing and Philip's is beyond adorable!
Great project idea Lisa!!! The kids did an adorable job!

Hey Lisa
Loved the challenge and had fun with those little boxes not to mention the soap I get to use now.
Thanks so much for inviting us and thanks for posting this... nice to see them all together. I think I might even get the other box and try some of the other idea's-I love the cutout box that looks like a shadow box.
I hope you have a fun fourth with those little darlings of yours!
